• Real-time messaging between partners
• AI-generated guidance and conversation facilitation
• Session history and optional summary features

Important: Our Service is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, couples therapy, or medical advice. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Message Storage: Messages are stored in encrypted form on our servers to enable conversation continuity across devices and sessions. You can clear your conversation history at any time using the Clear History feature.
• Automatic Deletion: Encrypted message data is automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity on a conversation field. This deletion is irreversible.
• No AI Training: Your conversations are not used to train AI models.
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including per-conversation encryption keys and TLS for data in transit.
• Third-Party Services: We use trusted third-party services (such as Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payments) that have their own privacy policies.
• Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in these Terms.

7. Subscription and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited features available at no cost
• Premium Tier: Enhanced features for a monthly subscription fee

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
